Refund policy

At Unibuds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee and a 1-Year Warranty on our premium audio and wearable products.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Products damaged due to user negligence (water damage, physical breakage, etc.)

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@unibuds.in.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues (Defective on Arrival)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • For received damaged/defective products, please share an unboxing video or clear images with us via email within 48 hours of delivery.

4. 1-Year Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. All Unibuds products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • Covered: Technical malfunctions, battery failure (under normal use), and connectivity issues.

  • Not Covered: Physical damage, water damage, cosmetic wear and tear, or damage caused by unauthorized repair. To claim warranty service, email us at Support@unibuds.in with your Order ID and a description of the issue.

     

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

 

  • If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Post-Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the package and initiate a return.
