Shipping policy
At Unibuds, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. We partner with India's most reputed courier agencies to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
1. Shipping Costs
We are happy to offer FREE Shipping on all orders across India. You do not have to pay any additional shipping charges at checkout, regardless of the order value.
2. Shipping Destinations (Domestic Only)
We currently ship only within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
3. Order Processing Time

Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Dispatch: Once processed, your order is dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive a shipment confirmation email and SMS with your tracking details.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.

Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

Remote/J&K/North East: 7-10 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID and a link via Email and SMS. You can use this link to track the live status of your shipment.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services to most pin codes in India.

For COD orders, our courier partner will contact you prior to delivery to confirm availability. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and pay the exact amount.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Unibuds is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at Support@unibuds.in with an unboxing video or photos so we can file a claim with the courier and send you a replacement.
8. Incomplete Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including House No, Street, and Pin Code). We are not responsible for packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
